From 6pm - til all hours of the night, we will hang out, catch up, imbibe the brew and perhaps talk a little shop. Who will be there? A select group of real estate entrepreneurs; builders, developers, investors, brokers, capital partners, lenders, attorneys, architects together for extraordinary conversation and opportunity to connect, learn.

Marcus Trufant, Seattle Seahawk Superstar will be onsite and is an open book to about his real estate investment strategy post NFL. He's got a unique take and will give us the inside scoop on what has worked for him.

Todd Britsch the Regional Director of Metro Study and real estate economic forecast leader shares his knowledge on the Puget Sound real estate market and economy. The major changes over the past two weeks have completely caused a 180 in what we can expect over the next couple of years. Todd will tell us what those announcements were and what we should be looking for.

Shawn Mahoney, Principal of OAC will speak about the 1st unmanned construction site in Seattle. Fully automated, heavy equipment running 24 hours a day...literally.


Tony To is Director Emeritus at Homesight and is OthelloSquare.org Project Director. He will share the vision of community development in SE Seattle, where he is leading a coalition of community organizations to develop nearly 500 units of market rate affordable housing within an opportunity zone which includes a high-tech innovation center for building local technology workforce envisioned in collaboration with Jon Madamba at STEMPaths.org
