The re|Space concept – “Live Large | Pay Small” Fractional Homeownership – is going to revolutionize residential housing

We’ve been working on a stealth real estate project that is going live today!

The company is called re|Space, and its mission is to create hyper-affordable, luxury housing in neighborhoods where everyone wants to live but few can afford.

The re|Space concept – “Live Large | Pay Small” Fractional Homeownership – is going to revolutionize residential housing, here’s the run down.

We have attracted a fantastic board including:

Dave Berkus – the Warren Buffet of angel investing (Wikipedia - Dave Berkus);

Richard Sudek – Chairman Emeritus of Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest angel investing organizations in the U.S. (Linkedin - Richard Sudek); and

Keith Bruce – Washington State Real Estate Commissioner (Linkedin - Keith Bruce).

Even though joint homeownership is gaining in popularity, it only happens on an ad hoc basis.  Until now.  We tested the re|Space fractional homeownership concept in Seattle and attracted more than 100 interested buyers and brokers for just two Spaces over a single weekend.

The local NBC news affiliate learned about the test (unsolicited) and did a story that was their lead for a full 24-hour news cycle. The story ran after our market test, so our 100+ interested buyers and brokers were attracted solely by the MLS listing.

re|Space currently owns one property, has an option to purchase a second, and is actively sourcing a third. In 2024, we plan to acquire the two additional properties, design improvements, file for permits, and initiate construction on all three.

I’ve been developing, building and brokering real estate for over 25 years and believe that re|Space will be more successful and socially impactful than the previous years combined.

We'd like our friends and family to own the company with us. A significant discount applies for early bird investors, and the minimum investment is also very hyper-affordable. In two weeks, we'll open the round to a broader audience.
