Prior to joining our team, Patrick spent decades in financing construction, commercial, and residential real estate.

Patrick helps clients get transactions closed smoothly and enjoys shepherding the process.

He is most passionate about helping clients get challenging deals closed, exploring unique opportunities for asset repositioning, adaptive reuse, and entrepreneurial activity.

Outside of his career, Patrick is a parent to 4 grown children, he enjoys tennis, pets, movies, music, reading (with a particular soft spot for Niall Ferguson and Jared Diamond), long walks on the beach, making sourdough bread, winning at scrabble and boggle, coaching/refereeing/umpiring youth baseball and basketball, and just having fun with (and arguing with) his adult children.
