Jason has been licensed for almost 25 years in the state of Washington. He is an REO specialist and has experience negotiating with banks on short sales and bank owned properties. Jason has experience with patrial seller financing, seller second DOT, and was a licensed loan officer for a year.
Jason is most passionate about everyone “winning” in real estate. He believes there is always a solution if you work together toward that mutual goal.
Outside of real estate, Jason enjoys riding motorcycles and anything in, around or under water. Not mixing the two obviously!😉 He is also involved with his church and community group bible studies.
