Katrina Eileen Real Estate is actively seeking Showing Agents to join our top producing team. We are looking for highly motivated and committed Real Estate Professionals to assist our Brokers with the showing of homes and properties in the Puget Sound Region. Fresh out of real estate school or seasoned Brokers are welcome to apply. 

About this Position:

Our Showing Specialists support Broker by scheduling showings for clients, showing properties to clients, and communicating clearly and in a timely manner with all parties. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive fun-loving attitude, and a strong sense of urgency and responsibility to complete tasks when needed.

Description of Job Duties:

  • Support multiple Brokers by showing homes and properties to clients.

  • Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to coordinate and book showing appointments. This includes communicating via phone, email, and text message, depending on client preferences.

  • Prepare for showing appointments properly and as requested by Brokers.

  • Create a positive experience for clients while showing houses.

  • Update Brokers with detailed notes on showings in a timely manner following each appointment.

  • If available, Showing Agent will cover for agents while on vacation or out of the office for extended time periods

Desired qualities in the ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrate good judgement and reasoning in handling daily activities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and activities of the Brokers and clients.

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace

  • Consistently showing the ability to recognize and deal with priorities

  • Must be self-starting problem solver

  • Having regular attendance and being punctual is a must

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a rapport with clients quickly.

  • Professional demeanor and dress, communicate with clients in a helpful, positive, and professional manner..

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends when most clients are available.

  • Reliable vehicle for personal transportation

  • “Can do,” team-oriented attitude.

  • Chronically on-time and punctual!

  • Must have active Washington State Real Estate License, Access to Showing Time and a Supra E-Key
