Katrina Eileen was the first real estate company to become a B Corp in the State of Washington. Everyone at Katrina Eileen Real Estate has a passion for contribution; contribution to our clients, to our brokers and to our community. We believe that the reason we are in business is to fulfill our purpose. We believe money is simply fuel... it is the gas in the tank to drive our purpose and leave the world in a better place than found it.

Katrina knew that her purpose surrounded helping at-risk youth facing homeless. She believed the Real Estate industry is the natural place to create a solution to end homelessness for our youth. Currently more than 52% of youth in foster care will not graduate from high-school primarily due to homelessness. Leaving our most precious resource, our youth, beginning their lives from a state of poverty, not only being extremely poor, but existing in the ‘state of being inferior in quality or insufficient in amount.

Level Up Seattle was created to help those youth finish school and have a safe place to live while doing it. Her friendship with Frank and their similar missions led them to create Level Up Seattle. Katrina & Frank founded the 501(c)3 to do just that. Provide housing and educational opportunities for at-risk or homeless youth in the local area. “It was an incredible honor to receive guidance from someone who created an extraordinary charity that grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses.” Said Katrina.
