Introducing Angela Mose | Honoree for The 20 Of 2020 Award Ceremony

We are excited to introduce you to our next honoree, Angela Mose! She is are currently the General Manager at the Best Western Plus Renton Angela was the General Manager of Red Lion, going on 6 years, when the hotel, like many others, took an impactful hit, due to COVID. The hotel was leased out to King County, to assist with housing homeless during the stay-at-home order.

Family is her foundation, and what she refers to as her “luxury”. Angela has 10 kids. Knowing the need of many families, like her own, Angela immediately got to work. Her first order of business, was to host a semi-truck of over 1000 Farm to Table boxes, provided by Badger Whole Farms, LLC, & Frogger Farms. She used her vast network, community, & social media groups to distribute the boxes via “drive-through” to several families in the Renton Community. Staying in touch with Brandy Badger, Angela continues to work & refer this opportunity to several non-profits, & churches in and around the Northwest, assisting in their mission to help farmers, & feed communities.

Knowing the importance of supporting small local businesses, struggling with the pandemic, Angela also worked, donated, & counseled many local vendors and non-profits. She donated slightly used hotel comforters to Operation Warm & Dry for the homeless, she assisted Paul & Shantel Patu, founders of Urban Family with delivering Holiday Toys to families & kids in need during Christmas, pushed the DAWA Project holiday album sales, & she serves on the City of Renton’s LTAC Committee, assisting in distributing funds to non-profits that assist with bringing tourism to Renton.
