20 OF 2020 Awards Ceremony

The 20 OF 2020 Awards ceremony will honor 20 business people in Washington State for their exceptional actions in the face of COVID-19.

Much well-deserved attention has been given to medical personnel, first responders and other essential workers who continue to staff the frontlines of the pandemic. At the same time, keeping businesses alive and feeding those in need are critical components of coping with the new economic realities. Recognizing the latter is the purpose of the 20 OF 2020 Awards.

The awards are being spearheaded by Mike Flynn, who created a number of business-recognition events during his tenure as publisher of the Puget Sound Business Journal. Other sponsors of the event include Katrina Eileen Real Estate, The Columbia Tower Club, New Reach, Flynn's Harp, Powers Economics, Marketing NW, Aspiri Enterprises, and Lytle Enterprises.

Flynn said, “Unlike annual awards events, such as the 100 Fastest Growing Companies or 40 Under 40, we hope this recognition for dealing with the pandemic is a one-year event.”

The Columbia Tower Club will host the virtual event, where the honorees will be recognized. The event will be emceed by Pat Cashman.
