This awareness campaign registered with the United Nations was created to inspire people to share a global goal number and connect it to actions reflecting the kindness and love in the world whether it’s an act of kindness, a project or a financial contribution.

When Lori, one of our brokers at Katrina Eileen Real Estate told us why she chose her numbers we had to share this!
Lori’s numbers she chose are #14 and #15.
"I would love to center my work around applying wisdom to how the “life well-lived” translates into something bigger than our personal HUMAN endeavors. Our life is worth living if our NON-HUMAN companions also enjoy the rights to the planet they are entitled to, creating a harmonious environment for all inhabitants including:
water that is not contaminated,
air that is not polluted,
land not exploited, eg, our last remaining green spaces stay life-giving and sustaining rather than be extracted for energy only we use/ converted into development only humans benefit from/ or worse - landfill!
The enormity and complexity of these issues cause individuals too much stress to see what each can do to make a difference individually, but it starts with seeing All as simply different expressions of Energy, and humans not believing our entitlement to the exclusive right to decide how to manage (or use) everything else's!
I am SO passionate about those ideologies and excited to weave them into the fabric of my real estate practice (which so often is a contributor to environmental abuse and not sustainability!)"
