Welcome Dan Wingard, Designated Broker!

We are excited to announce we have a new powerhouse Broker at Katrina Eileen Real Estate. Dan Wingard has joined the firm as a Designated Broker.

Dan has been a real estate investor since the early 1990's and became a real estate agent in 1998. Since then he has been a top producing agent; owned his own real estate office; partnered with a developer; served as a Director for Seattle King County Association of Realtors; CEO of a real estate office with over 250 brokers; became a member of the International Coaching Federation as a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, a year-long intensive ontological coach training program; launched a Toastmasters Club; Productivity Coach for several real estate offices, trained with the National Speakers Association; studied Chemical Dependency Counseling at Bellevue College as a Professional Substance Use Disorder Trainee and was a professional drummer in the 1980's and 1990's.

Dan’s passion for personal and professional growth has been at the heart of his real estate career that spans over two decades. He continues to challenge the status quo in life and real estate. Real estate transactions typically involve major life decisions, and his focus and experience provide a holistic approach to buying, selling and investing in real estate. As a real estate consultant his aim is to provide a high level of service that considers investment implications, life transitions, (not just the transactions) and how they affect the greater picture of living our best life now. Building net worth and cash flow through real estate provides his clients a platform for more freedom and flexibility to live their dreams.
