Broker Spotlight - Ecem Pogge

Hello, My name is Ecem “A-GEM” Pogge and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker at Katrina Eileen Real Estate, a registered architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. I’ve been a key project architect for a major firm specializing in mixed-use developments, and also done urban planning and community development. Currently, I am the owner of E SQUARE Architecture and CONSTRUCT Home + Investments.

I had been helping people design and build homes, but decided I wanted to help them earlier in the process, when selecting their home. The Seattle housing market has a lot of old homes that are relatively affordable and have great potential. But many buyers don’t know enough about the design and build process to confidently choose these homes. I act as a trusted end-to-end advisor to help my clients not only select and buy homes, but also complete design plans, and oversee extensive remodels. I really enjoy seeing my clients’ visions come to fruition, while ensuring they make the most of their investments. I also enjoy helping people with updating, staging, and selling their homes.

I earned my real estate license five years ago and have been investing in real estate for over 17 years. I am a licensed architect in North Carolina and Washington, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional with a Master Degree in Architecture.

I am most passionate about leveraging my architectural and investor background to provide my clients with a full complement of services that are not always readily available to everyone. I have bought, renovated, and sold homes for myself for many years, and enjoy helping others with this process, which can be confusing and overwhelming for many people.

Outside of my professional life, I am a mother to a beautiful daughter and all the little animals she rescues from the wild. My husband, daughter, and I are thrilled to call the Pacific Northwest our home! I love traveling the world with my husband and daughter and meeting new people. I also enjoy sailing and riding my Harley Davidson off the beaten path.
