I recently received an email from an investor asking about our real estate investment seminar coming up this weekend. He asked if this was a sales pitch. Are we were actually going to learn the “how-to nuts and bolts,” or would we need to hire Greg to get the “real” information?
I didn’t really understand what he was talking about regarding a “sales pitch”. I’ve only ever coached with Greg and only been exposed to his methods. I didn’t know any different.
The other night, I had a rude awakening and found out exactly what he was talking about. I went to a “investor’s seminar” thinking I was going to meet some interesting like-minded entrepreneurs, but ended up sitting through a two-hour long sales pitch with bull-crap information sitting amongst the garage sale of humanity. One of the participants kept yelling out “Pig!” when asked, “What does wealth mean to you?” It truly was an unimaginable experience.
I promise you this is not THAT. And, I never want to experience THAT again. I would never invite my friends and colleagues to sit through an event like that either.
This event will be a ton of information. You will be learning about powerful tools and how use them, and you will walk away with information on how to put deals together. Also, I use a lot of the tools regularly, so if you have questions or need help, you can always call me if you didn’t understand something.
My motivation behind doing this is because the more we all understand how to use these tools, the more common place they will be which will make putting these kinds of deals together easier. The more people who understand them, the easier it will be to use them. Currently, 9 out of 10 deals that I do, I use some aspect of this training.
I have been at this for 17 years and find that there is always more to learn. The ongoing pursuit of knowledge and growth is what distinguishes the true Entrepreneurs. This will be a great opportunity to add to your expertise and help you put more put deals together in ways that you most likely had not thought of before.
If you have already registered, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Hope to see you there!
