Obviously, capital is a wonderful benefit, but it is NOT necessary!
There are many ways that you can bring value working as a Real Estate Investor, capital is just one of them. Whenever you bring value through your effort there is a place for you at the table.
There are also many ways to acquire property even if you have little to no capital. That could be great news for many of you!
In the way of acquisitions there are both conventional and non-conventional tools you can use. Some of these would include; private money loans, owner financing, lease with option, lease with option that turns into a wrap note, 203 rehab loans, conventional rehab loans, hard money loans, and partnering in a joint venture just to name a few. Whew! That might be a lot to digest.
